As a member of an HOA or Condo Association, you are required to comply with the covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&R’s), which are outlined in your bylaws. Every community association has different requirements that you must follow before you make a change to your property.
An ARC Request Form is the standard document submitted to the Board or Committee to review and approve or deny requests to change your property.
